No paid services are offered.
Registration is required for certain features.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form.
Users agree to:
Reviews are published automatically.
In the event of violations, content may be removed.
Continuous and error-free availability of the platform is not guaranteed.
Maintenance interruptions may occur.
In the event of a breach of these terms, the account may be suspended or deleted.
The platform is not responsible for content published by users.
Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence and in cases mandated by law.
Upon account deletion, the user may choose whether to permanently delete their published reviews or to keep them online in anonymised form. If kept, the reviews will be attributed to "No longer registered user" and will no longer be linked to an active profile.
Should the user re-register with the same email address within the platform's technical retention period, they may be asked to confirm the possible re-association of previously anonymised reviews to the new account.
In the absence of confirmation, or if the user does not accept the re-association, the previously anonymised reviews may be permanently removed from the system.
The platform is in a free testing phase.
No contracts or paid services exist.
Restaurants can manage their own profile independently.
Restaurants are responsible for the content they publish.
Restaurants may respond to reviews.
Reviews can be reported by email to [email protected].
No prior review is carried out.
Reported content is verified.
The platform is not responsible for content published by restaurants.
The restaurant account can be closed at any time.
During the platform's Beta phase, restaurant participation is completely free of charge.
The restaurant may request the deactivation of its profile at any time by sending a notice to Vero Gusto's official email address. Following the request, the profile will be deactivated within a reasonable timeframe.
The restaurant may also request the complete removal of its listing from the platform via email. Removal results in the deletion of the public profile.
Any data retention obligations for legal or administrative purposes under applicable law remain unaffected.
